1. Services

We provide professional installation of permanent outdoor lighting systems in Washington State.
All installations are performed by licensed and insured technicians.

2. Estimates and Payments

• Free consultations and estimates are provided before installation.
• A 50% deposit may be required to schedule the project.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel after materials have been ordered or installation has started, your deposit may be non-refundable.

4. Warranty

We provide a limited workmanship warranty according to the product and installation type. Details will be provided in your service agreement.

5. Website Use

Users agree not to copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission.

6. Liability

Easybuilding LLC is not liable for damages beyond the cost of services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
